ASQ, HSHS St. Joseph's earn top honors
Four organizations from across Wisconsin are accepting public recognition for their achievements in the 2014 Wisconsin Forward Award program.
ASQ, Crossing Rivers Health, Holy Family Memorial and HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital will be honored at a gala reception and award ceremony at the Monona Terrace Conference and Convention Center in Madison on December 10, 2014. The ceremony will celebrate the accomplishments of these four, high performing Wisconsin organizations as well as the thousands of service hours contributed by its volunteer Board of Examiners.
The American Society for Quality, Inc (ASQ) and HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital in Chippewa Falls will be recognized at the Excellence level - the highest level of achievement possible under the Wisconsin Forward Award. Crossing Rivers Health and Holy Family Memorial will be receiving Proficiency recognition. Join us in congratulating our 2014 recipients.
Wisconsin Forward Award is administered by the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence.
