Participant Comments from Sessions
Describe what you have learned about mental illness. 07/09/14 (Women's Mental Health) Sometimes we do things that make people shun mentally ill people or cause them not to seek help.
Based on what you learned at the session, have you made any changes to help others who need assistance or resources related to dementia?
08 -22 -14 (Healthy Aging Brain) Yes, I have invited an older neighbor over for lunch or dinner to stay socially active.
Based on what you learned at the session, have you taken any action or made any changes to improve your or your family member's bone health? 08-25-14 (Women and Bone Health) Renewed my motivation to hop on the treadmill (so I did!).
