St. Leonard's Ministry Reentry Panel Discussion

Wednesday, April 8th, 2015
7:00-8:30 pm
Blanchette Catholic Center
16555 Weber Rd.
 Crest Hill, IL. 60403

Join us for a night of reflection, education, and discernment about welcoming into our communities and churches those who have concluded their prison sentences and have been released to begin life anew. Our hearts and minds will be inspired and stretched as we hear stories from St. Leonard's Ministry.

St. Leonard's is a Chicago based ministry that provides comprehensive residential, case management, and employment services for those released from prison without resources needed to rebuild their lives. We will hear from staff and formerly incarcerated individuals who have gone through St. Leonard's reentry program. They will share their stories, discuss issues facing formerly incarcerated men and women, and the positive impact of reentry initiatives.

"You have spoken of a justice system for reconciliation, a justice system of hope, of open doors, of new horizons. This is no utopia. It can happen." -Pope Francis

We hope to see you there!

This event is sponsored by the Office for Human Dignity's Restorative Justice Committee.
