The reply briefs were filed in the on-going Court of Appeals case which NAB and Sinclair Broadcasting has been involved in.  When you have a few moments it is an interesting read, and foreshadows the type of cases which the LPTV industry may be involved in a few months from now related to the Incentive Auction process.

HELP THE COALITION WITH RESEARCH
In reviewing the submitted 500 pages of original Comments, the Coalition has identified a few key areas which need substantial LPTV licensee commentary.  In order to facilitate the industry in providing the FCC with the data it needs, we have crafted a brief survey we need LPTV licensees to take asap.  You can do this anonymously if you want.  But we need this data!

We need data from already digitally built LD and TX:
>  Top 50 market stations
>  Markets 51-100 stations
>  Markets 101-210 stations
>  Station groups
>  Translator groups

Please click on the above survey link, it is essential we gather and publish this content into the LPTV NPRM Reply Comments

DEFENSE FUND

SUPPORT THE DEFENSE OF OUR INDUSTRY IN FCC FILINGS AND THE COURTS!

The Coalition is the only group with wide standing in the rule making proceedings and for the Courts on all LPTV issues. We need to make sure we take all of the actions we can to protect our collective interests, stall the auction process, and get compensation for relocation moves, technical flexibility, and a fair share of the $27 billion (now over $50 billion if you use the AWS-3 auction comps) which the FCC says the LPTV spectrum is worth!
