WEBINAR

The President's Immigration Reforms:

What Do They Mean for Southeast Asian American Communities?

Do you encounter clients or community members in your work who are undocumented or have mixed-status families?

Do you wonder what recent executive actions in immigration mean for Green card holders?

If you answered yes to either one of these questions, join SEARAC and our partners at Advancing Justice - AAJC for a webinar to learn about recent developments in immigration policy that will affect undocumented immigrants, as well as new priorities for deportation.

This webinar will cover the basic features of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program that will open in February, as well as the new Deferred Action for Parents of Americans (DAPA) program that will open in late spring. We will also review new enforcement priorities that will continue to target immigrants with criminal convictions.
