Urgent: MHSW Late Reporting Notice

This message is a notification that your Q4 2014 MHSW Report (Q3, 2014 Data) was due on October 31st, 2014.

Reports can be submitted by logging on to our WeRecycle reporting portal. If you are experiencing any issues reporting, please call Steward Services at 1-888-980-9549 so that we can assist you in your report submission.

If you do not report, Stewardship Ontario MHSW Rules for Stewards require that data from the highest of your last four quarters will be used to create a proxy for your Q4 2014 report. This proxy report will then be used to generate your Q1 2015 invoice. If we should create a proxy report you will still be required to provide us with your actual data.

If you have already submitted your report, please disregard this notice.
