Camellia Cup - You've got a Week to Register
Oh dear...there's only a week to sign up for the return of the CAMELLIA CUP!  You know you want to sign up because there's so much fun to be had over the next 9 months.

There are a couple of options for playing ~ you can sign up as a team member only; a team member and someone that wants to try to qualify for the Cal Cup team; or, you can just say you want to be a sub.  In the case of a sub, you don't need to pay to participate, you just need to let Kris know that you are willing to be a sub when needed.

Member Golf Certificates at Haggin Oaks
Missed the Kickoff?
Then you didn't get your certificate for a free round of golf at Haggin Oaks, you didn't get your coupon for a 10% discount for EWGA education opportunities at Haggin Oaks, and you didn't get an opportunity to try to win the Nike clubs and bag.

Okay, "good news and bad news"; the "good news" your certificate for a round of golf will be sent to you with the 2015 Directory in April; the "bad news", you had to be at the Kickoff to get the coupon for the 10% discount and new member and new Eagle sponsor's representative, Denise Pulver won the bag!

The picture of her and her new bag of clubs is just too cute not to repeat!

  Denise Pulver

If you did attend the Kickoff and you want to use your Education Discount Coupon, you simply present the coupon at the desk when you pay for select group lessons offered by Haggin Oaks Performance Academy.  Remember to use your coupons - they expire December 2015!

EWGA Cup - It's Time to Start Gearing Up!

Gearing Up

2015 EWGA Cup

Matchplay Championship

The schedule is now out for the qualifying and finals rounds for this years EWGA Cup Competition.  This event consists of 8 women teams competing in fourball and singles matches over 2 days of competition each round.   Each qualifier is limited to 16 teams, 4 of which will advance to the final round.

The Pacific/Western qualifier will be held October 3-4 at Redhawk Golf and Resort, Sparks, Nevada.  Though the cost has not yet been published, it is generally around $250.  With the event being in our own backyard, the travel and lodging expenses will be minimal.

The Championship/Final round will be held November 13-14 at Renunion Resort, Kissimmee, Florida.  The cost for the finals is generally between $450-500 for the entry and then the cost of travel, room, meals, etc.

Sacramento/Stockton has made a great showing the past 2 years, not only making it to the finals, but placing a respectable 5th and 8th.  It is hoped we can again put together a team for this great event.  In the past the team has been formed based on interest, meaning that no more than 8 members were able to commit to the schedule for each of the competitive rounds.  If more than 8 members are interested in playing then a qualifier will be held during either April or May to determine the roster for the team.

For anyone interested in representing Sacramento/Stockton for this event please contact Kris Corbridge:  [email protected], or by phone: 916-802-5416.

Fantasy 18 Play STARTS...

Playing in the Fantasy 18 Eclectic is just SO much fun!  Try it, you might get some serious bragging rights come November.  Want to find out more?  Check out the Rules of Competition and a bigger Scorecard by clicking here.

There is no Deadline for signups but the competition will run from March 1 to November 1 and the scores used must be from rounds shot between these dates and/or between the date of registration and November 1st.

Sign up NOW!  It's only $20.
