Salt and Cedar: ARK: Field Dressings - a new series of works on paper and prototypes of tableware produced by Leon Johnson at The Bemis Center for Contemporary Art. Johnson's exquisite work is available for purchase throughout November and December
Presentation by Jimmy Riordan who will present on his recent project Le Roman du Li�vre, a turn of the century novel by Francis Jammes translated from the French. At the beginning of this project, Riordan did not know French. This summer, after 5 years working around the text through a series of collaborative projects, he printed his translation. He will discuss the letterpress printing of the book and recount his history with the text, which he is currently exploring through the creation of a multi-volume graphic novel. .

Trinosophes welcomes back one of Europe's most intense improvising ensembles, the Frode Gjerstadt Trio with special guest trombonist/composer Steve Swell.
