MnSCU chancellor trying to keep student confidence
From the Pioneer Press: Having lost the confidence of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities faculty, Chancellor Steven Rosenstone hopes at least to keep the students on his side. Rosenstone spent two hours Wednesday night at Winona State University, addressing the student senate's complaints about his leadership, especially regarding "Charting the Future," MnSCU's major effort to get all campuses working together and learning from one another.
MNsure says its site is ready for open enrollment
From the Pioneer Press: Officials with Minnesota's state-run health insurance exchange MNsure say their web site will be ready when open enrollment begins at 8 a.m. Saturday. MNsure Executive Director Scott Leitz says the final testing is going well and that they anticipate that consumers will have a much better experience this time than they did during last year's troubled inaugural open enrollment period.
