A checklist with tips for people starting a new job

dryclean-man-sm.jpg A Checklist with Tips as You Start Your New Job  provides a checklist for recent hires including: Before my first day on the job; My first week on the job; My first few months on the job; and Continued success on the job. 

Employers are encouraged to share the guide with their new hires.

 Employment service providers will find the guide useful for their clients.

The checklist with tips is available in English and French.



Workplace Wellness Networking Meeting

exercise_woman.jpg Are you new to employee wellness or have you been providing initiatives in your workplace for some time? If you answered "yes" to either question, you are welcome to attend an informal session to discuss your successes and challenges with others in similar positions.

Guest speaker, Mark Cormier, Experiential Learning Technologist in the Health, Wellness and Fitness Program at Mohawk College will talk about the Health, Wellness and Fitness Program at Mohawk College, the Living Learning Lab, and partnerships and placement opportunities.
