South Georgia String Project

 

The South Georgia String Project is collaborating with VSU Continuing Education to offer  group classes for stringed instruments this summer. 

This program provides affordable stringed instrument adult woman instruction to individuals aged 8 to adult. Instruments include violin, viola, cello, and bass.

What's NEW for Summer 2015?

 

Summer is fast approaching and many parents are fy15-16 camp cover making decisions as to the best way for their children to spend their free time during the break from school. It is generally accepted that an excellent choice is to have the kids attend camp. Our Camp Discovery is a good way for children to expand horizons, make friends, and achieve personal growth through age-appropriate acrtivites.

Secrets of the Rainforest - ages 6 - 8 Explore the rainforests of the world through art projects, experiments, music and games.

 

Big Beautiful Art - Ages 11+ Draw, paint or collage to create a large-format original artwork

 

Chemistry in the Kitchen - Ages 9 - 12 Explore chemical reactions while experimenting with familiar items

 

PLUS - all of the digital arts and technology programs offered in cooperation with Black Rocket Productions.

Online learning is a productive and popular way to explore and maximize your personal enrichment choices, better your professional development skills and investigate and build your technology and software applications knowledge. VSU Continuing Education offers a broad online course selection in these areas through instructor paced, 6-week format online courses.

 

All of our online courses are accessible at YOUR convenience, 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. Instructor-paced courses begin on a 

Wednesday in each month.

Registration and orientation for each class should be girl with online learning sign completed by the start date in order for you to access or to gain access to your class lessons.

 

Lessons come out on Wednesday and Friday of each week; you may access them at your convenience. You have ten days to complete each lesson after it has been introduced.
