Are you challenged with parenting a gifted or 2e child?

You are not alone! Join other parents of gifted children to discuss the unique challenges that gifted children bring to families. Groups offer a forum for parents to gain insight into how their parenting styles and techniques can impact their child’s behavior and development. Parents can speak freely about their child’s development, share parenting concerns, and seek support with others who have similar experiences.

Groups are facilitated by Kathleen Crombie, M.A., M.Ed., and follow the Supporting the Emotional Needs of Gifted (SENG) Model. Participants discuss chapters from the book  A Parent’s Guide to Gifted Children, by James Webb, et al (not included).

Topics include:

  • Characteristics
  • Depression
  • Communication
  • Motivation
  • Discipline
  • Perfectionism & Stress
  • Peers
  • Only Children & Siblings
  • Values & Traditions
  • Successful Parenting

Please register by Feb. 21. $299 for one person or $499 per couple. Pre-registration is required.
