You'll see several links here - one for the main directory, and then one for each periodic update (the updates contain only the changes, not the entire directory, so you don't have to reprint the whole thing!). - Thursday, November 6: Year End Social has been scheduled for November 6 at the Zinfandel Grill on Fair Oaks Blvd. from 5:30 - 9:00 PM. More details will follow as we get closer but put it on your calendars now!

PWGA Team Play Championship Results

 This week Pam Katros, Marcia Whiting, Jeri Paik, and Lori Lucius traveled to Corning, CA to represent Sacramento EWGA in the PWGA Team Play Championship. The tournament was held at Sevillano Links Golf Course which is a challenge, unlike any Sacramento course. During play we noted one tree, a skunk, a coyote, a snake and swarms of bees. (Prior to the second round we were instructed if stung more than 10 times to seek medical attention). On the bright side, the staff was outstanding, the competition was friendly and fierce, and a good time was had by all. Sacramento finished in the middle of the pack, 14th place out of 32 teams in a card off.
Team play is a fun format and we encourage all PWGA members to try out next year.

Rocklin Play Day - Registration Closes September 21st!

On Sunday, September 28th, tee times start at 9:00 a.m., there's bottomless coffee, and it's a really fun course. For $54 you get a cart, green fees, range balls and of course, the afore mentioned bottomless coffee! If you're really feeling full of energy, you can join the Yoga for Golfers group (see below) for a little exercise before golf.

Oh my...bottomless coffee. Plus it's a fun course and who knows, you may want to make it a YOGA DAY!!! Yes, prior to play we will have the opportunity to practice yoga on Sunday, September 28th at 7:15 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. Deadline to register is: Saturday, September 27.
For those who signed up for golf at Rocklin Golf Club at 9 a.m., you will be able to immediately apply what you've learned on one of the area's finest courses! The cost for the yoga is $10 and you must pay at the door but we would like it if you would let us know that you are attending. It'll be a day to remember. Register NOW!

Fall Stableford League - Subs Needed

Subs are needed for the Fall Stableford League. If you can sub on any of the dates (see below), send Linda Reid a note telling her what dates you are available to play if a sub is needed.
The league will be played:
