HEY GUYS I STARTED OUT SAYING THIS MORNING THAT THIS WOULD BE A WILD RIDE AND IT HAS BEEN I AM GOING TO MAKE A FEW VERY GOOD POINTS HERE AND HOPEFULLY MOST OF THE CONFUSION OUT THERE WILL GO AWAY.

1)        I AM NOT SUE HOW MANY OF YOU KNOW ABOUT TRADES AND STOCKS AND BANKING BUT JUST A WEE BIT OF COMMON SENSE AND THINGS WILL CLEAR RIGHT UP FOR YOU, I WILL POST LINKS TO THIS STATEMENT BELOW. NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS WOULD ANY CENTRAL BANK ANNOUNCE THEY ARE CHANGING THEIR CURRENCY ON THIS DAY OR THAT DAY...NEVER...LEAVES TOO MUCH ROOM FOR MANIPULATION. JUST THINK ABOUT IT.

2)        LAST THURSDAY THE 28TH OF AUGUST  THE CBI PUT OUT A NOTICE FOR ALL THE MINISTRIES TO PLEASE START USING THE ELECTRONIC SYSTEM, THEY OFFERED HELP FOR ANYONE THAT WAS NOT FAMILIAR AND ENCOURAGED THE USE OF THE SYSTEM FOR THE SALARIES STATING THAT IT WOULD BE MORE ACCURATE. SO IN THE IRAQ WE KNOW THE BANKS WERE NOT GOING AROUND DOOR TO DOOR SHOWING MERCHANTS ANYTHING.

3)        IN THE IRAQ WE KNOW THERE IS NO DANCING AND CELEBRATING IN THE STREETS ANYWHERE. THE "MILITARY PARADE" WAS MOST PROBABLY THE MILITARY HEADING UP TO ARELI WHERE THEY WERE FIGHTING ALL WEEKEND TRYING TO BREAK THE SIEGE OF ISIS ON THAT TRIANGLE. THE PARENTS OF THE MASSACRED STUDENTS ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE DEMONSTRATING IN THE STREETS RIGHT NOW.

The formation of this new government can't come quick enough in my opinion.....especially in light of what the CBI news articles are saying today....the push is on....move it along now post-haste.

Parliamentary Budget Committee: The government will present 2014 budget next week

Where in the world is the Iraqi Budget for 2014? The Parliament stated last week they have it....now the COM is stating they have it.....if the COM has it....and they say it will be presented next week....what have they done to it to get it presentable at this time.....and does the CBI announcement from the COM today have any play with that.

Good Morning Family......I pray this day brings good news for us but from what I see and read from these articles below it is a bit alarming.....

Can this be Maliki attempting to pull a MAJOR coup.....in a financial sense....doing what he has long wanted to do....take money from the CBI.....

He knows he is on the way out....he knows his time and clout today are very limited....but has he somehow convinced the Council of Ministers (COM) to pull back the Governorship from Turki.....since it was never given to him on a permanent basis....only as a proxy....or temporary thing......

In my STRONGEST Opinion.....Abadi's COM has not been announced or seated as yet....this has to be Maliki's COM who is allegedly attempting to take this action....or who has taken this action......

If it is indeed Maliki.....I pray someone like President of the Republic Massoum has the where-with-all to stop Maliki from draining funds and gold from the CBI.....

WHY HAVE THE ILLEGAL OIL RIGS CHINA SET UP IN THE SOUTH SEA IN VIETNAM WATERS BEEN VERY QUICKLY REMOVED ?

IT IS MY SPECULATION THAT A DEAL HAS BEEN FINALLY MADE THAT CHINA WILL BACK AND SUPPORT THE DONG SINCE THEY ARE THE LARGEST HOLDER IN ANTICIPATION OF THE REVALUE OF THE DINAR.

Tlar: Guys I am truly sorry to have to tell you this but I just received a phone call that told me that Iraq has been asked to hold the RV for a few days.

I can't go into the reasons but it could as much as another week before we see the RV.

The good news is that the ball is in Iraq's court and they may decide to not honor the hold. I will know more tomorrow. In my last email I will explain what has happened and you can judge for yourself.

I believe this is a selfish act and so do the Iraqi's. Somebody whom I can't name is playing politics with the RV for personal reasons. Tlar

Mrs. Diddy: If I were the Iraqis, I would do what's best for Iraq at this point. The US wasn't exactly quick to respond when Iraq needed help with ISIS. But I'm sure there's much more to this than meets the eye. So we wait. -Mrs Diddy

* in 2010, Maliki did not win the election, but he was appointed PM; in 2014 Maliki did win the election, but he was not appointed PM - the USA is in control

* when O pulled out our troops to keep his campaign promises, M took advantage and destroyed the nation; now our troops are back, and now ISIS is a threat; Frank would not speak about what was going on in deference to the safety of our troops; in the past 2 weeks, we now see that Syria is joining the fight against ISIS and American prisoners were released by Syrian rebels, etc.... again, the USA is in control
