Do Something Different
The New Year brings with it a new opportunities to do better, be better, and feel better. And what better way to learn to be your best than to partner with an equine partner. Our horse's read us from the inside out mirroring our energy and emotions. In doing so they provide us with an authentic read in an oft times synthetic society. Do you like what you see? Do you like how you feel? If not you may, might, have to do something different.
Learning to do something different can be as simple as learning to be more present, focused, and engaged in the moments that make up life. It can be learning how to say what you mean, and mean what you say. It can be learning how to face your fears and get to the other side. Though not so simple our horses can make that which doesn't seem possible, possible.
Our lives are quite complicated by design, in contrast our horses not so. The power in our horse power is that they will not follow us into our world. Hence we must go down into theirs. In doing so they keep us grounded in what's real, and really important. In a world that is oft times anything but, grounded is not such a bad place to be.
