Young Adult Weekly News
(YAWN) 2S- Sojourners Edition
Week of Oct. 24, 2013
It's not too late! Join us tomorrow night, Thursday, Oct. 17 for this joint event put on by the First Presbyterian Day School. Dinner starts at 5:30 in the Gym ($8/adult, $3/child), and then move over to the CE building for stories and age-appropriate crafts. This is primarily for families with children ages preschool and younger. RSVP to Susan Whaley.

Sojourners Sunday School this week begins the video series, Start Becoming a Good Samaritan. This has been done by several other classes, with great success and feedback. The video will be ready for you, so come to view it and then discuss as a class. Sojourners meets in CE 120 from 9:30-10:30 AM. Hope to see you there!

Club 345- a fellowship group for 3rd, 4th and 5th graders- is coming up again this Sunday! They'll meet from 5-6 PM in the Gym to eat dinner and do an activity together.
Six Hours of Madness!
Youth families, this is a reminder that this Sunday from 6 PM to 12 AM, the youth will be having six hours of fun to celebrate the fall break. There will be pizza, fun times around town and to cap it all off a much anticipated round (or two) of Romans and Christians. There will also be choir and bells beginning at 5 PM. They will need to come with $50 and wearing close-toed shoes. Youth will be dropped off back at home by midnight so parents don't have to be out and about too late!
