"In Like a Lion, Out Like a Lamb."  I remember learning that line in elementary school, always thinking it seemed a little silly. As the end of the month closes in, it certainly hasn't been lamb-like.  "April Showers Bring May Flowers" always made more sense to me; we'll see if it deems true....

As a reminder, there are 2 deliveries left for the Winter Produce Delivery Program: April 11th and April 25th.   All credits on your account must be spent by the April 25th delivery.

Many of you may be wondering when our markets open for the season.   Crystal City will be starting on Tuesday, April 7th from 3pm until 7pm.  And we are attending a new market, Fairlington on Sundays starting April 19th from 9am until 1pm.  
We'll still be at our normal markets, which usually open the first week of May.

Pre-Pay Package Discounts

Purchasing a Pre-Pay Produce Package as part of the A La Carte Webstore, we'll give you extra money to spend. 


 

If you pay $50, we'll give you $55 to spend in the Webstore.


 

Our last Produce Delivery Date is April 28th, and all funds must be utilized by this time.  We are not permitted to give refunds for any balance on your account.  
How do I place an order?
We are using a web-based program called "Farmigo" to help us organize the A La Carte Web Store purchases as well as the Winter CSA.  It is very user friendly.   Click here to get an overview the Web Store.
How do I make payment?
There are various options for payment in the Web Store.  

Electronic Check:  You will need your bank account information and routing number.  (It is indicated that this option is the preferred payment method, but that is only because we incur fewer processing fees by the credit card company.)

Debit/Credit Card:  You will need your credit card information.  We can only accept Visa and Mastercard.

Check:  You may Pay-At-Pick-Up with cash, check or credit/debit if you select the "Check" option.
