Wild Wings Bird Walk in the Sepulveda Basin
|
Wild Wings will be leading a morning bird walk in the Sepulveda Basin Wildlife Reserve next Sunday, Dec 15th. The SBWR's diverse habitat is a refuge for wildlife living within our major urban area and a fantastic birding spot for the beginner to the advanced. We will be looking for wintering (like this Black-throated Gray Warbler) and resident birds and expect to see between 40-50 species. The walk will be about a mile loop on flat ground and last approximately two hours. This bird walk is open to all who would like to join, so an RSVP is not necessary but helpful. For all those who do RSVP, a list of the birds seen on the walk will be emailed to them: [email protected]
