This prenatal specific Pilates group class is geared for all prenatal woman at any point in their pregnancy. You will learn Pilates principles, correct posture and learn exercises that are safe and supportive during pregnancy. Focus will be on alignment of poses in exercises, Pilates breath work, and relaxation. Each session builds on the previous week's class, allowing you to absorb and apply what you've learned so that you feel comfortable & safe exercising through your pregnancy.
The group class is small so that the instructor can still cater the class to each woman similar to our private one on one sessions and give modification to each woman as needed. The group prenatal classes will also focuses on balance, building both arm and leg strength while stabilizing the core, back and spine.
Each week you will gain more confidence in the poses and exercise flow, moving more fluidly, as you begin to strengthen in your Pilates practice.
