Dear Leader,

From being a storage facility for petroleum products in 1997, Yu transformed it into a retail company. Today, SEAOIL is the largest independent oil company in the country, having 340 stations nationwide as of May 2013. It targets to reach 400 stations this year.

It makes the company's approach to employee development different. They provide spiritual counseling, financial planning, and career mentoring, among others.
