Affordable Care Act (Obama Care) vs SF HCSO

You May Have to Comply with Both. Are You Ready?

The Affordable Care Act — aka PPACA or Obama Care — will affect all employers regardless of size, but the size of your business does have the potential to complicate things. For example, if you have 20 or more employees, you must comply with SF HCSO.  If you have 50 or more employees, you may have to comply with both SF HCSO AND Obama Care.
