SALAMI TOSCANO

This coarsely-ground salami is made from all-natural Berkshire pork shoulders with added fat and traditional Tuscan spices. After it is cured and dried, it has a great flavor with softer texture and a kick of spice. CAVE-AGED GRUYERE

This cheese hails from Fribourg, Switzerland and has been made continuously since 1782. The company buys 200 lbs of Gruyere from the local farming regions, then ages them in underground sandstone caves. Made from unpasteurized Alpine cow's milk, this Gruyere has been aged for at least one year. It is a firm, smooth textured cheese with robust flavor. It is a wonderful melting cheese, and one that lends itself well to gratins, fondues and soups.

Our warehouse opening hours during the week are Mon-Fri 11am-5pm. On Saturdays, we are open from 10am-3pm. Lunch is served Mon-Fri 11am-3pm, Sat 10am-2pm. The deli closes 30 min prior to the rest of the warehouse.
