As we counted up the years of experience on the team - 167 years, we also realized that no one had less than 20 years' experience within the healthcare industry. It seems appropriate at this time of year to let you know who we are and acknowledge our special capabilities.

Kathy Puziak, President

Kathy retired from GE Healthcare and took her passion for excellence and commitment to customer service and became the K in KPG! She knew she wanted to continue to reach out to clients and that brings us to the Revenue Cycle Management in KPG Revenue Cycle Management, Inc.! Kathy continues to be a frequent, and popular speaker on the subject of practice operations and revenue cycle management.

Kathy now lives in Las Vegas and enjoys the perks of being a local!

George Puziak, CEO

George is co-founder of KPG Revenue Cycle Management and puts the G in KPG. He keeps the company and Kathy on an even keel as he manages the business side of KPG. With his 30 plus years of running multi-billion dollar projects, he has slipped into this venture as if it was made for him.

George has found you can watch the Seattle Seahawks and the Denver Broncos simultaneously at the local casino sports bar. Sundays just got better!

Dave Smeltzer, Revenue Cycle Consultant

Dave brings the same level of commitment to excellence and customer service that is the hallmark of all former IDXers! This combined with his broad product knowledge, including anesthesia, makes him such a valuable member of the team. Even after all of the year of working with Dave, every day we find new facets to his knowledge that benefit our customers.

Dave is a pilot! We keep threatening to make him "corporate pilot" to save us those waits at the airport.

Stephen Stoyko, Director of Business Intelligence

Stephen is our Master of Data. In addition to being a black belt in Six Sigma. If there is a way to analyze data, Stephen can do it. He's a perfectionist about it. When it comes to data, he's the person you want by your side. Especially in this Time of Data! Whether you are converting to a new data platform, looking at productivity or just trying to make sense out of the data you have, Stephen is our go-to guy!

Stephen is also our Ninja Guru for Travel. There is no one who can find the air, car and hotel deals like Stephen can. Don't know how he does it!

Ellen Jakovich, Director of Training

Ellen knows people and knows how to help them learn. There was a reason she was the Senior Lead Trainer at IDX/GE. She is good at what she does. Ellen not only knows the system, she has the patience to help people learn. How lucky are we all that Ellen is part of the team. Whether she is working one on one, in small groups or delivering presentations at a conference, Ellen is always in demand!

Ellen lives in Chicago and recently adopted a dog from a shelter. Ellen is always functioning at full speed. Any walk with the dog also involves planning projects she has found on Pinterest. The latest pinecones and making decorations. Go Ellen!

Brenda Pierce, Revenue Cycle Consultant

Brenda brings her Southern wit and charm to the team along with that same IDX passion and commitment to excellence that we all have. In addition, she brings the additional gift of her extraordinary organizational skills. Anyone who has worked with Brenda on an implementation or on a conversion or interface project will know that she really cares and will go the extra mile every time to make sure the client is taken care of.

Brenda retired from GE this year and in between KPG gigs is feeding her travel bug. She just got back from 2 weeks on the French Riviera. Oh l� l�, Brenda.

Laura Smeltzer, Revenue Cycle Consultant

Laura is also a graduate of the IDX School of customer service. She also brings a balance to the team with her most recent position at United Health Group as a team member that designed and developed the implementation strategy for the Optum Care Solution population health application. Given where the industry is headed, this is exciting. Laura also brings extensive GE product knowledge as well as industry background which just wows us every day. Her experience with practice assessments makes her an invaluable team member.

Laura is married to Dave (above). Both are great cooks but this year they decided to give themselves time on Thanksgiving instead of time in the kitchen! They are going to cater their Thanksgiving dinner from a restaurant so they can spend the day with their two daughters in fun family activities. Great Idea!
