 Momentum for Change
On Saturday, June 15 over 200 women came together during Make One Change: A Women's Gathering to share experiences and talk in-depth about issues affecting the lives of women. Dozens of ideas for policy change and hundreds of individual actions for change were made. Thank you to all who attended and contributed to the success of the event! Girl Power Summer Camps

Spots Still Available!
Do you know a girl (age 10-12) who would like to go to summer camp? We still have space available for girls to attend one week of camp during July 15-19 or August 19-23. Camps are offered during the day and are free of charge. All supplies, snacks and lunches are provided. Bus tickets also available if needed. Girl Power provides opportunities for girls to share their stories, build community and make new friends. Activities include dance, art, self-defense, and theatre. Discussion topics will cover body image, gender roles, self-esteem, healthy relationships and activism in a safe, supportive, girls-only environment. Read more. |
