The BMW Championship is here! 125,000 golf fans expected on Chicago's North Shore!
The BMW Championship is here with an exciting week ahead for Chicago golf fans at Conway Farms in Lake Forest, Illinois. The BMW Championship is the third of four FedExCup Playoff events, and features a field of 70 players who survive elimination in the first two Playoff tournaments. The top 30 finishers at the BMW Championship will move on to the TOUR Championship, where the FedExCup winner earns $10 million in prize money.

Rory McIlroy and Gary Woodland to compete in driving challenge to kick off BMW Championship

The 2013 BMW Championship will kick off on Tuesday, September 10 when PGA TOUR golfer and defending champion Rory Mcllroy competes in a driving challenge with PGA TOUR golfer Gary Woodland in a BMW i3, the new first purpose built electric vehicle made primarily of carbon fiber. 

Event begins at 10am at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee.
Help The First Tee of Greater Chicago during the BMW Championship


Good friends and PGA TOUR Professionals, Sergio Garcia and Luke Donald have pledged to support The First Tee of Greater Chicago by donating $1,000 for every birdie and $2,000 for every eagle they make at the BMW Championship.


Supporters whose pledges turn into donations of $100 or more will receive a signature Luke Donald Hat, $500 and more will receive a TFTGC Nine Core Value Head Cover in addition to the hat.
