This bridge-building conference is intended to be both truly international and truly "ground-breaking". Accordingly, a distinguished group of Plenary speakers from various countries and research perspectives will offer different but complementary "Views From the Practice-Research Bridge"-- addressing central practice-research integration questions in addition to the presentations offered by other conference participants. Plenary topics may suggest ideas for additional abstracts.
