Cayley Park Receives Donation for Park Improvements
Charles Cayley, Nankin Township Trustee
Westland, MI
Mr. Michael Cayley Senior will continue his family's tradition of community service to his hometown, the City of Westland, by providing a generous donation towards park improvements.

Michael grew up in Westland, and his father, Charles was a Nankin Township Trustee. The $4,000 donation will go towards improvements to the NorWayne neighborhood, Cayley Park, named for his father.

"We are so honored to receive this generous gift from Mr. Cayley," said Mayor Wild. "It is so rewarding to see people taking pride in the communities that they were raised in, and the family history that these communities hold, even after they have moved away."

Michael now resides in Chicago and is President of Midaco Corporations, a manufacturing company based out of Elk Grove Village, IL.

Mayor William R. Wild recently accepted the donation and invited Michael back to the NorWayne neighborhood for a visit.
