Almond Cut Out Cookies
7 Oz. Almond Paste (available at Vita Sana)
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (available at Merry Peddler)
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Place in food processor and pulse almond paste & sugar. Add butter until well blended. Add egg vanilla & almond extract until well blended. Add flour & salt until incorporated.
Wrap dough in plastic and chill until firm. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough out on a lightly floured counter to 1/4 in. thickness. Using your favorite Ann Clark cookie cutter, cut out cookies, & place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until just barely browned at edges. Let cool slightly before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.

Mom's Famous Meatloaf
Ingredients
3/4 lb. Ground beef
3/4 lb Ground pork
1/2 C. Onion chopped
1/3 C. Stonewall Kitchen Farmhouse Red Relish (available at Vita Sana)
1/4 C. Tomato Sauce
3/4 C. Breadcrumbs
1 egg slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Ketchup
2 Tbsp. Light brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Combine the beef, pork, onion, relish, tomato sauce, breadcrumbs, egg and salt. Mix thoroughly and place in prepared pan.
Combine the ketchup and brown sugar and pour over the meat loaf.
Bake for 1 - 1 1/4 hour until the meatloaf is firm and has an internal temperature of 160 Degrees. Remove from oven and drain off the fat. Let "set" for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
