This is the beginning of the real end; the end 0f the long wait and the long travail and the long hoseing down of the buffered spirits. The time of making changes and the time of waiting is all but over.

Can we be specific? No. Of course not but we are happy to report that we can see the entangled being untangled and the threads of many changes being tightened and the other threads being removed and the pipelines bursting with good news.

Millionday: Mr. Prime Minister, Dr. Haider al-Abadi said that Turkish companies have been proactive in working in Iraq, calling on Turkish businessmen to participate strongly in the Iraqi market, noting that in Iraq about fourteen province, which is not a war and its doors are open for investment.

Millionday: He called Abadi according to the website of the Iraqi prime minister to banking cooperation between the two countries and the establishment of joint banks, promised sovereignty harassment or assault on companies including Turkish companies operating in Iraq as an attack on the Iraqi people.

Arthur The list of accomplishments the abadi government has achieved in a relatively short period of time are too numerous to cite, but its safe to say that it is now hard to find many things that we can easily find that they still need to do in order to achieve their final sovereignty that would engender an atmosphere conducive for WTO ascension and Article VIII entry with an international economy and currency like their middle eastern neighbors many of which possess nowhere near the current or future wealth of Iraq.

Which brings us to the question I like to call the big camouflaged elephant sitting in the front room with its big crusty feet propped up on the living room coffee table.

And that is rather or not the new revalued rate is in this soon to be released budget.

SEVERAL YEARS AGO ME AND EXO WERE ON A CALL WITH A BANKER THAT HAD KUWAITI CLIENTS THAT WE ASKED ABOUT WHEN THEY THOUGHT THERE WOULD BE AN RV.

THE BANKERS KUWAITI CLIENTS SAID IN EFFECT THAT IT WOULD BE AT THE TIME WHEN THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO UTILIZE THIS PORT TOGETHER IN FREE TRADE THAT IRAQ WOULD HAVE TO HAVE A MARKET ECONOMY WITH A FAIR MARKET DINAR.

AS MY SOLE FOCUS IS ON THE PROJECT SIDE, NOTHING ELSE MATTERS TO ME OTHER THAN PLUGGING UP THE OZONE HOLES SO WE DO NOT GET CRISPY,

REPLACING THE OXYGEN CREATING BIOLOGICAL SYSTEMS SO DEVASTATED NOW SO WE CAN CONTINUE TO BREATHE, HEALING THE WATERS, ETC.

No analysis of the current macroeconomic and geopolitical situation in the world can be thoroughly complete without considering the role of Global Public Goods, or GPG.

In contrast, private goods are considered to be produce, bread, televisions, etc.., items that are purchased individually for the enjoyment and consumption of the individual solely.

As opposed to Global Public Goods, there are "local" public goods, such as police departments, health services, fire and hazardous response departments, and public utilities, such as water, electricity, and natural gas.

Poppy3 THE RATE IS MANDATORY PERIOD. THE HAVE BUSTED THEIR BUNS TO COMPLETE THE BUDGET AND IT IS USELESS WITHOUT THE RATE.

A RATE IS COMING...THEY GOT THE MONEY READY AND ARE SAYING THEY ARE GOING GLOBAL NOW. STATED TODAY THEY NEED NO MORE READINGS AND CAN PASS THE BUDGET OFFICIALLY.

THEY ALSO SAID TODAY THEY WILL HAVE ANOTHER CALLED EMERGENCY MEETING JUST TO VOTE TO PASS THE BUDGET COMPLETELY TOMORROW.

THE OIL PRICE THAT HAS DROPPED TO $60.00 PLUS DOESN'T EFFECT OUR RATE...

REMEMBER BACK WHEN IT WAS AT $3.22 THE OIL PRICE WAS $31.00. THE RATE WILL BE VERY GOOD.

Arthur: The reality of this investment is and always has been that by its very nature there are no definitive dates or rates to be found ...so all we can do is our very best due diligence in looking at all the veritable information we can see with our own eyes.

Filter what little veracious and reliable intel we can glean along with the almost indecipherable, intentionally ambiguous articles and make some educated guesses based on empirical evidence over time.

Based on that, we can all agree that this is the most exciting time we have ever seen in this investment.

End of year excitement is always abundant since that is usually the time when countries implement their annual budgets, but this year is by far filled with the most palpable and positive expectation any of us have ever seen to date.

Sunday morning and I overslept so am playing catch up to the news this morning....my fingers must fly to capture all the news that has been posted thus far.....wish me the best and I will do my best to sort thru things in a logical manner.....we do see the CBI talking.....Kuwait talking.....Abadi urging fugitives created by the old government to return to Iraq....and the retaking of Mosul on the cusp of days to come.

Exceeded the candor line .. "Baghdad news" dialogue Governor of the Central Bank:

WOW what an extended interview with the governor of the CBI....many areas were covered with excellent candor on his part....some keys that were discussed included the draft money-laundering law.....the stability found within the dinar-dollar exchange rate.....

WELL THE KEYS TO THE BUDGET IS A RATE AND THEY CAN PASS THE BUDGET BUT IT IS NOT DRIVABLE TILL THEY GET THE RATE.

THEY HAVENT HAD ALL THE EMERGENCY MEETINGS AND BEEN PUSHING ALL THESE LAWS AND BUDGET THROUGH FOR WEEKS AND MONTHS TO FINISH AND THEN QUIT.

THEY WILL ISSUE A RATE SO THE GOI CAN TAKE THEIR NEW WHEEL FOR A DRIVE.
