Making the Trip
On Friday, May 3, 2013, we will drive to the historic town of Rhinebeck, NY in the Hudson Valley, where we will check into the Beekman Arms Inn, America's oldest operating inn. Please note, the Culinary Guild has reserved a block of rooms at the Beekman Arms Inn. However, members will be responsible for reserving and paying for their rooms under our reserved block.

A Guided Tour of the Culinary Institute of America
"The Physiology of Taste" Seminar
Dinner at CIA's American Bounty Restaurant

+ time to explore local food and artisan shops, winery tours, and antique stores
The cost of this weekend is $425 — and includes dinner Friday and Saturday night, breakfast Sunday morning, the tour of the CIA, and the scheduled seminar.
