September has been spa conference month and I have been very busy scouting out the latest and greatest in new professional spa products and treatments. I attended three conferences last month from San Diego to Los Angeles and I am ready to tell you about the products that made the biggest impression on me.

Impressive Results At the Live Love Spa Conference at the Equinox Spa in Century City I received a Hydr oPeptide Anti-Aging Peptide Facial. Although I was only vaguely curious about this new line of peptide treatments that I had been hearing about, I have to admit I was blown away by the results.

 As we move into fall I become enthralled with all things apple and all things pumpkin. Here are a few reasons to be happy about fall and to make that trip to the farmers market (if not the actual orchard) and look for the freshest, juiciest and always organic apples.
1. The phytonutrients in apples can help you regulate your blood sugar. Recent research has shown that apple polyphenols can help prevent spikes in blood sugar through a variety of mechanisms.
