Alert on Proposition 65 Warning Requirements
 The state Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) on January 12 released proposed regulations to substantially revise Proposition 65 warning requirements. See the alert (here). EPA, Auto Industry and States Agree to Reduce Copper in Brake PadsThe U.S. Environmental Protection Agency reached an accord with states and industry associations representing the automakers and major suppliers to reduce the amount of copper used in motor vehicle brake pads.
