Apply for Florida Realtors� Honor Society
Florida Realtors� established an Honor Society to recognize active members in their state association. The Honor Society also salutes members for participation at the local and national levels of the Realtor� organization; for activity in the National Association of Realtors�' Institutes, Societies and Councils; for designations earned, educational activities, and political involvement.
The deadline for the 2014 Honor Society Application (which covers activity from January 1, 2014 - December 31, 2014) is Friday, February 13, 2015. Click here to access the Florida Realtors� Honor Society application.

To pay your board dues, you may mail us your payment, pay over the phone with a credit card, or come by the office to pay in person. The deadline to pay your board dues without penalty is January 30th.

Verify your CE credits online with DBPR
Do you know how to view your Continuing Education Credits online? To learn how, click here.
It is very important that you keep all your continuing education letters to validate your coursework. These letters will tell you the course names and how many credits you received. If the credits did not get transmitted to DBPR, you will be able to use them to verify your attendance.

Florida Realtors� GRI-100 Series Challenge Examination
January 24th, 2015, 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Orlando, FL
Florida Realtors� offers the option for experienced Realtors� to use their prior experience to challenge course content by taking a written examination without attending classroom instruction. Although participants do not receive licensing renewal credit for the course, successful passing of the challenge examination will award you credit for the GRI 101, GRI 102 and GRI 103 (known collectively as the GRI-100: Standards of Practice) and count towards graduation from the institute and the award of your GRI designation. Florida Realtors� is offering the GRI-100 Series Challenge Examination at the 2015 Mid-Winter Business Meetings in Orlando.

- The student will know how to effectively draft purchase and sales agreements and/or addendums;

Realtors Property Resource (RPR) Training

What is RPR?
Whether in your office, or on the go, RPR provides access to detailed property and market information, leaving you at the center of the transaction. It's included in your NAR member dues, so there is no additional cost. It was created by NAR for the sole purpose of providing REALTORS� with the data they need to meet the demands of their clients. There are no third party investors or silent partners. There is no third party or public access. The only way a non-REALTOR� has access to the data in RPR is through an RPR report that has been created, branded and sent by a REALTOR�.
