Responsible Contractor Seminar

Several AGC contractor members have voiced concerns over possible ramifications of the Responsible Contractor Act, passed by the Minnesota Legislature last year. On January 27, learn about the realities rather than the rumors.  This session will objectively explore the law, focusing on likely (not worst-case) scenarios prompted by the law and identifying best practices for compliance. You'll also hear about AGC of Minnesota's 2015 legislative platform and how it will address the law. Details, including registration information, are available here.

Defending OSHA Citations

On January 29, we will present a breakfast seminar on defending OSHA citations (both federal and state), dealing with OSHA investigations at jobsites, and handling requests for information. Details and registration are available here.

AGC of Minnesota is considering holding a seminar for our family-owned members to aid them in preparing for this critical new phase in their company's life.
