 January Specialty

Dunkel Lager

We had to put our scheduled  January brew, Vienna Lager, on in mid December, so we have another tasty German-style brew off the bench. A true Bavarian specialty, malty and full bodied. This brown brew begins with a noble Hallertauer Mittelfruh hops and German Munich malt aroma with notes of toast and grain. Malt sweetness on the palate with mellow grain. Just enough hop bitterness to balance the sweetness. OG: 1058; ABV: 5.8%,; IBU: 24,; Color 13

February preview

Dye Job Belgian Strong Golden and Citra Pils

It's blonde on the outside, but with a touch of ginger underneath. We are looking forward to this hefty brew, which was designed by the crew at WBC: Audrey, Bridgett, Misty and Tyler. The Citra Pils is the award winning recipe of Dale Galligan, who triumphed with this brew at the 2014 IAMNSOB contest last summer.
