Measure your key fitness & body shape components so you can track your progress over the 6 weeks.

  • Flexibility Test
  • Core Strength Test
Nutrition & Support


 Access to a Private Facebook Page where we will share sample meal plans, recipes, and keep each other accountable!


As part of the INLINE community you will also get constant support and motivation through email and social media.


 

Start the workouts...  


 

Train 3 hours each week with the INLINE team using: 
  • Intense interval conditioning 
  • Isolated muscle sculpting 
  • Uniquely combined Pilates, Barre, & Yoga 
  • Also enjoy 1 Free Group Class of your choice per week!
  • Repeat your fitness assessment and rejoice the changes in your abs, butt, legs, and arms!
