Kick Abs / Upper Cut BOOT CAMP CLASSES 

Kick Abs and Upper Cut are two classes combine into one. Classes are 30 minutes each, 1 hour total of high intensity workout. Kick Abs is mostly kicking, targeting the lower body. While Upper Cut is all boxing targeting the mid & upper body. Build strong core, Tone Arms & Legs, and have fun while learning the ART of self-defense!!
