St�phanie J Binder, Associate
Corporate
Ms. Binder's practice focuses on all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance, and internal restructuring. She has also advised clients during SEC investigations and on corporate compliance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Binder was a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore. She was also a foreign clerk for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court for the State of Israel as well as interned in the Prosecutor's Office of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, in Arusha, Tanzania. Ms. Binder received her J.D. from Cornell Law School, an M.B.A. from Essec Business School, Paris, and a French J.D. equivalent degree, magna cum laude, from Paris XI Law University. She is fluent in English and French.

Mihir A Desai, Of Counsel
Intellectual Property and Technology
Mr. Desai's practice focuses on pharmaceutical and life sciences patent litigation, including patent infringement cases and Hatch-Waxman litigation. He also counsels clients on intellectual property strategies relating to the acquisition, holding, and licensing of patent and trademark portfolios. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Desai was a senior associate at White & Case, focusing on patent litigation for global pharmaceutical companies.

Anna Milleret-Godet, Associate
Employment Litigation and Counseling
As the newest addition to C&G's Paris office, Ms. Milleret-Godet's practice focuses on employment law, including bonus and variable remuneration schemes, international secondment, social security law, discrimination, and employee dismissals. She also has experience in counseling clients on all aspects of individual and collective labor law as well as litigating on their behalf. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Milleret-Godet was an associate in the Paris office of Dentons (formerly Salans). She is a graduate of the University of Paris V and the University of Lyon and is fluent in English and French.
