My Two Cents from a Perspective of: Opinion vs Published Intention on the IQD

It looks like the more popular version of a predictable future for the value of the IQD has come down to simply "Opinion" ~ but without much regard to very public statements made by very well-known Iraqi Banking and GOI representatives since at least 2009, all of whom have reputations and credibility at stake in Iraq.

Having had a Vanuatu Credit Union account in USD, a Japanese Yen account in both USD & Yen, a Hong Kong based Hang Seng Hong Kong Dollar Checking account, a Hang Seng savings account capable of holding funds in six different currencies and now a Warka account with at least two different currency accounts available, I figure I've paid some dues and learned a few things about international banking along the way.

Opinion: The probable scenario for the upcoming redenomination/revalue will be that the existing high denomination De La Rue IQD banknotes will have their value raised; plus at the same time new IQD currency of smaller denomination notes will be put into circulation and with the same new RV exchange rate that the higher denomination notes are given.

People will continue to trade in their De La Rue high denomination notes for USD cash and eventually, only the 25,000 notes will be pulled from circulation while all the rest of the existing higher denomination De La Rue notes from IQD10000 on down will be left in circulation to co-exist indefinitely with the newer lower denomination notes which will be in denominations all the way down to IQD 1.

Third....oil sharing...could this be between the Iraqi's and Saudi's....more attempts to knuckle R's back maybe

First Off I won the Nigerian Lottery so I am set as it is....... Again No one has cashed in. There are no #800 numbers no groups that you have to get in.......

Please if you want to quit going up and down on a Roller Coaster Ride you will need to understand this is just an RV or RI which ever you want to call it with Iraq.....

There is no Global event No Treasurey notes to Print..... That is why Iraq is doing exactly what they want on this RV.... and why Obama can slow it down.....

One of the reasons I waited so long was I know a lot of people had multiple reasons for it not happening and then it was suppose to happen by now... Hence the Roller Coaster......

Wow we got some interesting news last night....from Delta....stating that Iraqia TV was indicating a boost to the economy due to steps taken concerning economical and financial decisions....exciting news indeed....then later in the same evening he provides an article link to the TV story....awesome effort....good things happen as we sit and watch and wait.....

But notice....a sudden quietness about the budget....they talked of it on Thursday, but now silence.....what is to come....for Parliament meets again tomorrow...Saturday.....I will not be surprised if the budget is not on the agenda for Saturday...we shall soon see.....oh did I forget to add that they are discovering they are now broke....yes indeed....more to come.

REMEMBER THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU WHEN THEY PLAN TO CHANGE THE RATE!

When they want your attention, they will give you dates to look for 7th, 8th, 11th, ETC..

1 - NOTICE how after they discussed the budget today, they did not share another date. They only state they will continue to work on it until its complete.

2 - The hard dates announced in the 1st week 7th - 8th - 11th, no dates during 2nd week, and the 20th during the 3rd week.
