(Sacramento, CA. - October 21, 2014) CAWA Chair of the Board, Ron Aparicio of MOTUL USA, Inc., has appointed representatives from Glazier Sales Associates and Federal Mogul Motorparts to CAWA's Manufacturers' Advisory Council (MAC).  The representatives are:  

• Michael Glazier of Glazier Sales Associates from Weston, Connecticut, and 
• Sean Ruitenberg of Federal Mogul Motorparts from Rancho Santa Margarita, California. 

During the appointment process, Chair Aparicio commented, "in adding Mike Glazier to our MAC we are adding one of the top manufacturer representatives in the aftermarket. Mike's growing agency, with roots now expanding into Arizona... is a leader in "feet on the street" support and his input will be greatly welcomed." He continued on to say, "Sean Ruitenberg's appointment provides another key leader for our MAC from an industry leading manufacturer. Sean is a welcomed addition and we look forward to his input."

Mr. Glazier has over 30 years in the aftermarket starting in 1982.  He began in sales on the manufacturer side and then moved to the independent rep side. He founded his sales agency in 1995 as a metropolitan New York / New Jersey agency focused on "hard parts" and have successfully expanded in both sales growth and geography since then.
 

Mr. Ruitenberg started his automotive career with Magnaflow Exhaust Products in 2009 where he was the Southeastern USA and Mexico Regional Sales Manager. After 3 and a half years with Magnaflow, he moved on to Walker Products as an Aftermarket Account Manager. In July 2014, Mr. Ruitenberg begun working with Federal Mogul Motorparts as a Sales Development Manager based out of Southern California and working with accounts in California and Arizona and also with particular accounts in Mexico.

CAWA is an automotive aftermarket trade association, which represents auto parts jobbers, retailers, warehouse distributors, manufacturers, manufacturer representatives and program groups. The Association provides educational, legislative and business support to the industry and its membership. It is one of the largest trade associations of its kind in the United States and recognized as a leader in the automotive aftermarket industry.
