Impressive burst of flavor with rich plum fruits and savory spices of nutmeg and clove dominate the long palate, rounded out by subtle charred vanilla and long fine tannins. The wine is beautifully perfumed with subtle cracked pepper and dark chocoloate. Very inviting.

 

This is a powerful red that can be enjoyed now or after cellaring for the next 8 years.

  

The "Angel's Share" refers to the wine that evaporates into the heavens while the wine is aging in cask.
