Greetings!

Thank you to everyone who has responded to our Library Survey! As noted below, the survey will end on July 27th, and we'll be announcing the winner of the iPad Mini prize soon after. You've got a week left to fill out a survey if you have not already.

In this issue of our newsletter we will highlight upcoming programs, our book lists for students this summer as they tackle their summer reading assignments, and note the current winners and readers in our Summer Reading Clubs.

With all of the heat this week, please stay safe and hydrated...
and perhaps read a book or two!

The Library does have air-conditioning - stop in if you need a break from the summer sun!

We hope to see you soon!

Students! Need Summer Reading Suggestions?
Book lists to help you with your reading assignments!
Students across all grades are engaged with summer reading assignments. Some grades feature specific titles or lists of books to choose from, which we have assembled in our Teen Summer Reading area.

Many of the Elementary Grades have lists of books that are recommended, but you can choose books outside of those lists or other works by authors on the lists.

Here at the Library we have assembled book lists of recommendations by grade. If you find the titles suggested by the schools to be things you've already read, or are looking for a wider range of books to pick from, check out our Library Reading Lists!

Show off Your Curiosities: Treasures of the Earth Show!
Geodes! Crystals! Fossils!
What treasures do you have?

On August 3rd from 2-4pm we hope to show off interesting items from underground. You're free to view people's geological treasures, but you can also bring your own specimen to be looked at by our guest speaker; we'd also love to have you book a table to show your whole collection if you have the rocks or minerals you'd like to share. Tables are free to be booked if you have interesting minerals to display!

Ms. Allison Tuckman, Geology Instructor at Old Bridge High School will be here to answer questions about your specimens.

Contact Librarian Juley Rodwogin for details and to book a table!
Library Survey Ends July 27th!
And you still might win an iPad Mini...
We are eagerly collecting information to guide our future. We're especially interested in hearing from Old Bridge's non-Library users. Please forward to them this newsletter and mention the link below so we can hear from as any people as possible! Thank you advance - we really want to serve ALL of Old Bridge to the fullest. The Survey
