Terex Cranes Adds to Explorer All-Terrain
Crane Series

Terex Cranes has added to its Explorer Series with the introduction of the Explorer 5500. The 143-ton all-terrain crane has a 197-ft. main boom with 36-, 69-, and 108-ft. offsettable extensions available. Maximum system length is 285 ft. The maximum load moment is 435.4 tons, and the maximum lifting capacity when telescoping is 27 tons.
