In essence, China has been slowly buying up the Federal Reserve for some time now. If you can call it a purchase.

Its more of a negotiation over assuming the liabilities of both the Federal Reserve and the U.S. Treasury.

The Federal Reserve is the largest holder of U.S. debt at $2.1 trillion. China is second at $1.3 trillion. Think of it as the United States government doing a debt consolidation of all its treasury bonds because it can no longer pay or service the debt.

THEY ARE BEING CALLED ON THE CARPET TO EXPLAIN WHY THEY HAVE NOT RAISED THE RATE AND STARTED REMOVING THE THREE ZERO DINAR FROM CIRCULATION.

I SUSPECT SINCE THE BUDGET WAS APPROVED AND SHOULD SHOW IN THE GAZETTE ANYTIME NOW THAT THESE OLD BOYS AT THE CBI WOULD MOVE TONIGHT OR TOMORROW TO START THE REMOVAL TO GET THE HEAT OFF OF THEMSELVES BEFORE THEY HAVE TO APPEAR.

WE WILL SEE BUT THINGS REALLY LOOK GREAT FOR US AT THIS TIME.

I love presents and people keeping their promises. Yesterday Abadi stated he was going to be bringing a present to Parliament..and told us last week he promised to seat the Ministers. And he did not let us down....He gave us the best present yesterday and kept his promise. What an exciting day to remember.

Yesterday History was made and a very important day for the Iraqi People

What was accomplished was so much more than all of us realize.

Abadi has achieved in a short period time what some could or did not want to accomplish~~The New Government of Iraq was formed yesterday all in one day...

My research has led me to the following conclusions, based on my personal opinion.

Under International law covering all the various paper money's/currencies and value of denominations in the world. It is understood, that once an internationally traded currency has re-valued within the country of origin.

All paper notes of any and all denominations outside of that country must be hone rt at face value by any bank or currency exchange institution, worldwide. For at least two (2) years.
No-one wants to be sued, especially under international law, I can assure you..!!

Do not be controlled by people that say to you that you have just only thirty (30) days, in which to exchange your re-valued currency.......this is simply not so..... Hogwash...!!!

And the manager said to me: " Well maam you're gonna be a millionaire now matter how many you're holding " this equates to me as the RV is very close -- very - bec this is a different mgn that 3 yrs ago -- when I asked then?? the mgr turned as white as a sheet and said "oh no -no WF will have nothing to do with the Dinar"

With Barzani and his delegation soon to be in Iraq for decisive action on the new HCL draft which will now be easily consented to by all of the newly inclusive blocs,

We will finally have our long awaited end to all outstanding differences between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Federal Government about the oil.

Per committee member Kawa Mohammed: "The previous problems between the center and the region will now be resolved in accordance with the preparation of a new oil and gas (HCL),"

Adding that "the committee is formulating a new law has the consent of all the political blocs to be passed and voted on during the current parliamentary session."

This is what we have all waited what seems like a lifetime to see which should provide the international political and economic confidence necessary for the implementation of all monetary reforms which includes a reality market rate for the IQD.

I come to you today to share my recent findings and give you an update on the progress of the new government and how this relates towards the international rollout of the IQD for Iraq.

Today's news letter, as in all my news letters, is a continuation of the ongoing saga of the IQD RV process. Please refer back to my last news letter of 10/17 (LINK) as this news letter is a continuation of this news.

Today's News

Today is Sunday 10/19 and Iraq progress is moving forward once again. This has been an amazing week with an even more amazing ending.

Update on the Confirmation of the Remaining Ministers

On Wednesday 10/15 we were supposed to see the candidates for the Defense and Interior ministries once again presented to parliament. This did not happen. It was a disappointment and then they announced at this time it would be postponed until Saturday 10/18.

We only have next week now up to Thanksgiving. After that its a mindless nation of basket case Turkeys running to their Mammies until February. Minds of Children.

So, realistically allow 3 working weeks left then its a Pig Feast until February and start again. If these Clowns fail again it will be a long hard winter for many.

Forget dreams, these are Turkeys running the show. Thanksgiving signals disaster for about 12 weeks then. Try dealing with these Clowns looking in.
