We are pleased to announce a special Joint FEISV - SVDX dinner meeting:
How to Get That First Board of Directors Seat
Please join us for this special joint dinner meeting of FEI Silicon Valley Chapter and the Silicon Valley Directors Exchange where a panel of experts will explore what companies are looking for when selecting new board members. You’ll learn what qualities make candidates attractive as potential board members as well as warning signs that a particular board may not be a good fit. For those considering Board seats, this event is for you.

Continuing Professional Education:
One (1) CPE credit available pending approval. Field of Study: Specialized Knowledge and Applications.
FEI is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website, www.learningmarket.org
For FEI CPE credits, one credit hour equals 50 minutes according to NASBA guidelines. Some states boards may differ on how many minutes constitute a credit hour. Contact your state boa rd for more information. Available in all State except those that do not accept web-based self-study credits (Florida, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Jersey, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Arkansas and West Virginia).
