Card Payments, SLAs, and an RFP Template
I cannot believe it is February already.  It sure seems like the year is off to a fast start.  This past weekend I had plans to take a 3-day class and participate in my first Flash Mob that was scheduled to be aired on The Today Show on Sunday, February 10.  I went to Day 1 of the 3-day class, and then the snowstorm hit.  Plus, a client called and asked for something to be done, if possible, over the weekend.  This meant that I would have to skip the rest of the class and my first experience in a Flash Mob.  The class will run again and there will always be another Flash Mob opportunity.   More important -- let me help the Client who needs immediate assistance so that she is prepared for Monday.  Helping a client, taking a class, and yes, even dancing in a Flash Mob can be gratifying!  Do you have an insatiable appetite to learn new things, even if they seem a little crazy?
