This rich cut of meat is from the Japanese Wagyu cows that are bread for their beautiful marbling giving a wonderful flavor and texture. After being cured with spices, it is air dried for one to three months until left with a rich red, almost purple coloring and sweet, musty aromas. This is ideal with shaved parmesan and a wonderful Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or try a citrus oil for a surprise!

Our warehouse opening hours during the week are Mon-Fri 11am-5pm. On Saturdays, we will be open 10am-3pm. Lunch is served 10.30am to 2.00pm and the deli closes at 2.30pm.
