We're into November now. Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Christmas is in sight. Hopefully you voted today. It remains the best defense against the tyranny of the few. Vote well, vote informed, and vote your conscious as a redeemed member of the Christian church.

WELCOME TO NEHEMIAH
Having completed our series, What Would Jesus say, we now look forward to the exposition of a Old Testament book that fills the vacuum in our culture for training in good leadership. For all of the leadership models that are available, there is none better than Nehemiah's memoir, both in its emphasis on character and its applicability for implementation. God's principles are timely, tested in real life situations, and they work. And in a day when good leaders are hard to fine, Nehemiah offers a needed antidote for the dearth of bad doctrine, philosophy, and application that are found in every quarter of society.

WHAT WE  LEARNED LAST WEEK!
This past SUNDAY the Sparks club encountered the godly woman Ruth, seeing in her life the characteristics of a woman whose heart is surrendered to God. In the coming weeks, they will study the young man Samuel. 
Make no mistake about it... These lessons are needed for young people and their parents... So why are you not including your child/ grandchild in AWANA Bible Clubs?   AND THAT'S WHAT WE LEARNED IN SPARKS THIS PAST WEEK.

The Marks of a healthy church!  
Prayer is beneficial.  I soon will purchase a health club membership because I desire the best physical fitness possible for the longest service window available in God's kingdom. A good prayer life is a discipline that can be strengthened and is worth cultivating. Download the attachment below.
