Bill Fisher, CLU, CFC, CFP, RHU, is a Managing Director at Higginbotham, and a native Houstonian.

He joined Great West Life in 1976, and has worked at Mutual of New York, National Investors, and Management Compensation Group. In 1988 he formed BenefitSpecialists, where he is currently President & Chief Executive Officer.

A member of the University of Texas Longhorn Court of Honor, Bill also serves on the Board of Stewards for St. Luke's Methodist Church. He is the president of the Houston Chapter of the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network.

Bill is an honors graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he was a four-year letterman in tennis. He earned a national ranking before opting for a carer in the insurance industry. He and his wife have two children and three grandchildren.
