MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
WELCOME A FOREIGN EXCHANGE
STUDENT INTO YOUR FAMILY!

We are still looking for a family who is interested in hosting one of our foreign exchange students. OSA is working with PAX, an international, voluntary, non-governmental, non-profit foreign exchange organization that provides intercultural learning opportunities for more than 2,500 international exchange students. PAX families receive no pay -- getting a new son or daughter is the reward! Hosting creates a lifetime friendship with another person and often with another family in a different part of the world. OSA families have hosted students from Germany, Belgium, Japan, Brazil, and Italy and it has been a great experience for all of them. We are looking for a host for the fabulous Ronja Brandhorst from Germany. She joined OSA in the School of Production Design in September. Having international ambassadors truly enriches everyone's high school experience, so please contact Ms. Peters in Admissions if you are able to host Ronja this year.

Theatre

OSA School of Theatre is proud to present Ruhl in Rep and introduce audiences to the magical world of Sarah Ruhl. One of the most acclaimed playwrights working today, Ruhl has one of the most unique voices in American theatre. OSA offers two of her plays in rotating repertory. The Clean House is Ruhl's breakout hit, a hilarious and touching story that spans time and space, culture and identity. With Three Sisters, Sarah Ruhl pays homage to another genius of the theatre: the Russian playwright Anton Chekhov. Ruhl's version of Chekhov's Three Sisters preserves everything that makes Chekhov so mesmerizing while demonstrating what makes Sarah Ruhl one of the most respected and beloved playwrights of today.

Join us for this once-in-a-lifetime chance to see two plays by one brilliant artist.

Performances of The Clean House are at the Sweets Ballroom:

Friday, November 7 at 7pm

Saturday November 8 at 2pm
